Find answers to common questions about our ranch experiences

We recommend wearing long pants, closed-toe shoes with a small heel (boots preferred), and comfortable clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught. Helmets are provided and required for all riders.
Most activities are suitable for ages 8 and up. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For younger children, we offer pony rides and ranch tours that are more suitable. Please contact us to discuss options for your family.
Absolutely! We welcome riders of all experience levels. Our guides provide safety briefings and basic instruction before each ride. Our horses are well-trained and suitable for beginners.
We understand plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.
Safety is our priority. In case of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule your activity. Light rain may not cancel activities, but we'll make the best decision based on conditions.
Yes! We accommodate groups of various sizes. Group bookings may be eligible for special rates. Please contact us to discuss your group's needs and availability.
